DANNY SCRILLA only offers STANDARD AIRMAIL SHIPPING + Tracking with an estimated arrival of 2-4 weeks (subjected to customs clearance)

All orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days from order date or by published date of shipping. By selecting this shipping method, it means your order will be shipped out via SINGPOST ( www.singpost.com ) with tracking given and may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. If you do not respond to the notice, your package may be returned to us. As return deliveries are charged by your country’s post office, if you decide for us to resend the package you will be charged twice the shipping price. This whole process may take up to 6 weeks or more and there is no way we can speed this up. Alternatively, we can void your transaction or do a partial merchandise refund, of which we will deduct the return shipping fee incurred.
 
Please be reminded that DANNY SCRILLA ships directly from Singapore. When orders that are shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please always check your tracking number with your local post office.
 
DUTIES + TAXES:
All applicable customs, import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). These charges are imposed by your local customs. We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These charges differ for every country and every locales. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). Again, these fees are paid to the local customs and are not collected by us. DANNY SCRILLA has no control over customs/import duties. You may call your local customs for more information. 

ALL CUSTOMS/DUTY CHARGES WILL BE COLLECTED BY THE SHIPPING COURIER UPON DELIVERY. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from DANNY SCRILLA, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any tax/custom duties that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to DANNY SCRILLA or the package will be abandoned and disposed by the shipping courier with no refund made. In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorizations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order. To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation e-mail. 

Lost Shipment:
DANNY SCRILLA is strictly only responsible for shipping to your given address. After an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at check out, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. DANNY SCRILLA is strictly not responsible for lost deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect address given. Shipping to PO BOX address is not recommended, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen deliveries to PO BOXes.


REFUSED SHIPMENT:
If you refuse a shipment from DANNY SCRILLA, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to DANNY SCRILLA. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Return Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Buyers may return merchandise but will have to pay for all shipping fees incurred.
DANNY SCRILLA reserves all rights to deny refund to any items returned that have been worn/washed or damaged by consumer. Items returned with stains or perfume smell will be returned to your original address. Items must strictly be returned in original condition. Shipping fees in the merchandise refund is strictly non-refundable.
DANNY SCRILLA reserves all rights to refuse any return shipments made without authorisation.
